     UDDHAR RURAL AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY is a registered society under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. The society was registered on 7th April 1994 under Registration No. 232/1994. Following are the names of the Members and Office Bearers of the Governing Body of the society.

Founder President:

     Late Dr (Mrs) A.O. Aruna Prafullakumar, M.A., M. Ed., Ph. D., P.G.D.E. (Geneva) was the former Principal, S.P.M.H. B. Ed, Degree and Junior colleges under the management of the Hindu College & Allied Institutions, Machilipatnam. Served as Education Specialist for two terms for entire Church of South India which has more than three thousand Institutions under it. The American Biographical Institute entered her name in its encyclopedia as an “EDUCATIONIST” in 1998. In 1999, she was made an “Advisor” on their “ADVISORY BOARD “. In the year 2000, she was chosen as “Woman of the year 2000”.
She did her Post Graduate Diploma in Ecumenism from Geneva University in Switzerland in 1998. Stayed as the Guest of his Holiness Pope John Paul II in Vatican City, Rome in 1998. Visited Italy, France, Germany, and Switzerland in 1998. Attended World Conference in Hungary in 1997.
She helped Educational Institutions, Orphanages, Homes for differently abled children in various ways. She had more than four decades service in Education Profession, out of which she has been Principal for B. Ed. & Degree colleges respectively for more than 29 years, lecturer for 10 years and has school experience for 2 years.

Founder Vice-President:

     Late Mr. T.V. Prafulla Kumar, M.Sc. retired as Principal of Noble College, Machilipatnam which has nearly 160 years history. It was started in the Nineteenth century and is the 4th oldest college in India.
Teaching Experience: 43 Years at Degree level – 7 Years 6 months as Principal, 18 Years as Vice Principal, 17 Years 6 months as the Head of the Department. Active Philanthropist and Educationist. Taught in Laubach College, Germany in 1990. Established partnership exchange programme between Noble College, Machilipatnam and Laubach College, Germany.
